| The Pub and Angels play at 7 tonight at Parade to determine the last state tournament birth for the Park National League. Should be an intense game. Not sure what either team has left for pitching at this point.

| I heard the Angel are deep in pitching. Don't know about the Lyon Club; they lost 4 league games so they must have something. I watched that game last night, and both teams were yelling at each other. The manager of the Club was in the middle of the diamond (he wasn't playing) yelling at the Angel to get back to their dugout- pretty funny. Then he got into a huge debate over an obvious obstruction call, and told the ump (who was calm, cool and standing in one place the whole time) to stop "getting in my face." It spiraled downhill after that with both teams trading insults and a couple fans having some fun. Great game! Should be a good one tonight.

| It's Lyon's Pub not Club and you are correct we have no more pitching left.....We only have 3 pitchers on our roster and burned them up in the first two games (hell I might have to pitch). We will most likely lose by 8 or more runs.........or will we?
7:00 at Parade

| Both the Pub/Club and Angels/Angles are tough, tourney worthy teams. Personally, I'd like to see the Angels win just because I really like to hear that monkey say stuff on their website a little longer. Talking monkeys = priceless.

| OK, so tell me about Angles/Club. I heard about a 6 run 9th including a Carell GS with 2 outs. Is this true?

| True story on Angel/Club ballgame. I watched the whole thrilling thing. The story of the first 8 innings was Club making plays and Angel making mistakes, and the Angel played like dog crap behind a gutsy performance by their big lefthander. Then came the 9th when Club brought in their closer Jhonny Champ with a 7 - 3 lead. Carell knocked in the go ahead runs with a monstrous, towering grand slam with two outs. The Angel benefited from a dropped pop-up, a Bill Buckner like boot of a soft grounder to first, a bad hop single, several walks from Jhonny Champ, and obviously, Carell's clutch bomb that went deeeeep into the night at Parade Stadium. Greatest comeback I've ever seen.

| Don't believe what you hear...Angels were up 9-0 and we fought back to make a game of it at the end (7-9)....... At least that's how I'm going to remember it! Good luck to Angels, Homies and Cobras in state.
Pitcher 11 who are you?

| Last nights game with the Angel and the Club was one of the best I've been a part of.
The Club are a VERY good team, and its unfortunate we both couldn't make the tournament. Very intense, hard fought games.
It really looked like the Club had their bags packed for the state tourney, but a few breaks kept the Angels alive with 2 outs in the 9th. It's not often a ball at Parade Stadium is an instant "out of here" blast, but Carrell's grand slam was monstrous and gone off the bat to put the Angels up 9-7. Great series, and great game!
