| First things first......much respect to the young Hopkins club as they beat us tonight. Their pitcher dealt and they won the game.
With that being said my ninth inning appearance could be a fitting end to 20 years of town ball and 30 years of playing ball as it was....
a) arguably our/Park's worst state tournament performance ever (taking nothing away from Hopkins
b) What could be my last town ball game ever pithced against of all teams a Hopkins club.
Being a Hopkins grad, old as dirt in some eyes, why not call it quits after facing three batters in the game who more then likely were barely born when I threw my first town ball game for Hamel in 1987.
Again much respect to the young Hopkins club...stay together and you will make some serious noise in the years to come.

| dakid......I sense a set up here....you are probably someone who knows me trying to get me going....
No disrespect intended nor am I attempting to sound pompas but i have already played class C (Victoria 1997), class B Jordan (1994) Hamel 1987, 1988 and 1989. Kind of looking to retire off the team that my boys are on.
veteran yes......filthy no......get guys out yes.
Over the coming months I will decide if I will return to Park, how much longer if any I will pitch and after my boys retire I may entertain offers of any quality class B team that made sense.
My terms would be gas money, free beer and food after games, box seats for my wife and kids, new spikes, and some shoo goo to protect my new spikes.
Respectfully,
K. Conley

| We're trying to unload a 38 year old righty if there are any takers. We're looking to added two scorebooks and a dozen balls.
Need not apply just respond.
Just kidding Keelan couldn't resist.

| Chris did you hear that? dakid want me......I tell you what dakid (seriously) if for some reason I am reborn again during after my core boys are done playing I want to flip it around more somewhere so my 16 month old can be a bat boy I would entertain in viable option.
I would not need all those things I mentioned just free beer after the games...but in Class B that is kind of a given anyway.

| Conley, it's been fun watching you pitch over the years. Winning the Championship, when you shoved against Air Freight, Broke Eden Prairie's heart in game three of the playoffs last year, battled insane cirumstances and beat Cold Spring (you know what I'm talkin about). Anyway you gotta come back next year cause ya gotta tell me that story about " The one man and a porch full a frat boys" story!!! Can't wait! We'll talk.

| Cobb....I know who you are and when you say "battled insane circumstances" I laughed....you mean I threw, sub, side, knuck and was hammered from partying at the Inkahoots, and Hamel beer shed until sun rise, only to begin pitching at about 8AM.
Those were insane circumstances alright.....all I kept telling myself was "don't put the ball on the white and throw realllllly slow.
Peace brother! thanks!

| The only thing more insane may have been the fact that our RF (won't mention any names) slept (ha ha) through the first 20 seconds of a tornado siren when he was sleeping (ha ha) on a cot directly beneath the tower! The noise was piercing, and I was playing first for God sake's.
