| Ray Noble hits three run jack to give Edge 6-3 lead through six. Tonka responds with four in the seventh (7-6 Tonka).
No runs cross in the 8th.
CE in the top half of the ninth walks, base hit, then runners at second and third with one out.....Tonka walks to load em up.
Two outs bases juiced....RAY THE JACK NOBLE comes up......2-2 count well hit hard hit ground ball to the back hand side of short.....
.....Shallenberger opts for the out at second and flips a double to the right field line....
...Commanding Edge 8 tonka 7....
Tonka goes down 1, 2, 3, 4 in the bottom half of the ninth and they will play tomorrow at 1PM.
More power to the depleted Edge kids....could be an interesting game tomorrow as I have heard Commanding Edge is short on pitching and may have to run a thumber or two or three out there.
Problem for Tonka is they would not be the favorite against a thumbleinas.
