| The Raiders have a lot of tallent on their team such as 3rd year quaterback taylor Gray, Dion Warner, Greg Holm, and Martain L. The problem is that tallent isn't shown during their games. If they play 100 percent on every down I think they could be a strong playoff team(6-3).
