| It has been a tranistional year with the new ump and we have had calls go both ways on any given night. I have heard alot of complaining in the stands about him but I think his calls go both ways and as long as he calls the same for all teams I think that is all that matters. Do we invite him back again next year?

| I think overall he has done a great job. He is new to the league and the ladies, so wow I give him credit!!!! He is human and will make mistakes as we all would. I think he has improved and will only improve more with our help. He gets out there and he tries. I think we give him another year.

| I agree, he tries. Calls go both ways. I would like to see him back.

| I liked the ump, he did make bad calls but they were equal to both teams. I would like to see him back.

| He never missed a game, was there on time and ready to go. I think he did a good job given it was his first year with our league. Let's give him another go!

| I think he made the calls as he saw them. This was his first year and I thought he was pretty good. I'd like to see him back. I have seen a lot scarier.
What about paying the ump to help us set up. If we add an extra 10.00 a night wouldn't he do it? I don't think anyone would mind having that headache handled by the ump. Even if everyone's league fees increased by 5.00...we could do it.
The "other league" apparently does it.

| I thought Don did a fantastic job! More than anything, he seemed interested in the game! He moved out from behind the plate to make calls and this is something we have never seen in this league before. He called 'em like he seen em'--that's what umps DO and I think he did it well! He scored a home run in my books!
