| Archie and the rest of you guys,
I want to give you an early heads up that we will not be back next year.
We will be playing in the same league as the Chiefs next summer.
Thanks for the good times, games, and memories.

| I guess the why is kind of hard to explain, and I would try to explain it if I understood it.
As it turns out, I guess it wasnt one of my guys firing a shot at me.
The Chiefs won't be in any league next year and neither will the Gators. The glue that held the team together is gone, and I don't have the energy or desire to start another team.
We're done.

| Sounds to me like there are a lot of free agents out there. When does the signing period start?
Captain - our first offer is a six-pack of Stroh's.

| Well--never saw that coming. You did a great job assembling a group of guys that was fun to play against and drink with.
The team formerly known as the Gators most certainly brought up the prestige of the league and will be missed.
All the best.

| Thanks for the kind words. Believe me, they help and were needed.
As far as the website goes, yeah it probably is a little gay, but I had a lot of fun with it. Sorry, nothing to see now Dave. No point in having it if there is nobody around to understand the jokes and snide comments.
The Gators, well at least my part of the Gators, has officially been Dunstined and all I have left is a tattoo of a christmas tree.
Dave, my email is on here if there is something you needed off my website. It is being deleted. I hope you weren't looking for show me game porn.

| Ha! I was gonna mention that in my last post, but I wanted to keep it serious - it sucks that you guys aren't coming back out and I'm sorry about all the problems that the scoring for that play caused you guys. :)

| Thanks Jeremy, don't worry, I'll be back next summer and I'm bringing a case of Bud with me, though it's going to be tough to keep it cold.

| No secrets needed here Sug, they usually don't work out too well.
I talked to a couple of your guys after the game the other night and told them what was going on with next summer. Surprised they didnt fill you in.
The "other half" of the Gators already played on that Budweiser team in Affton. Well, they're sick of Affton, they gave me a spot, and we will be playing in Cahokia next summer.
I already talked to Archie about it, and he is cool with it, and with the Chiefs leaving, it's probably best not to lose another team. Just my opinion, but everyone is excited and looking forward to it, and you didnt really think you'd get rid of me that easily did you? Guess I gotta come up with some new gay reading material for you guys now.
Goody knows us, we'll still be just as competitive as the Gators were the last couple years, and hopefully just as fun to play against.
ps. Can we bat 10?
I'M JUST KIDDING!!!

| The 12 year Budweiser vets are moving the train to Cahokia along with possibly one other league in the Lou. Goody once rode the Bud train but took the chick plunge and was not heard from for years. A little different look and a lot more talent coming soon to a ballpark near you.

| When I played, I don't think it was called Budweiser. I have no idea what we were called. I know we cleared the benches one year and I played for the other team the next year. Creve Couer AA was our only refuge. Give me the rundown of the Bud roster. By the way, I quit playing due to coaching gigs in the summer, nothing else. Horrel is gay.

| Who knows if we will hit or not, but our pitching should shine with Eck and Darren, Duckworth, JD, Schleck, and that guy from the Bulls that threw a no-hitter. What's his name? If that's not enough, good luck coming back off our closer, Dennis Gurkin.

| That will be no problem as hopefully we play the 10 or 12:30 games. We will be out of Old Country Buffet by 6 and in bed by 7 after our (individual) baths.
