a ton of rival games this week, which one do you think will be the most exciting or intersting to watch, i think Rochester v.s. Adams will be good cuz the falcons have to win and its at their house

The Falcon's with thier backs against the wall will be overwhelmed by the Highlander's defense. Congrats to Rochester for the improvement in the win/loss record, but still not ready to compete with top tier of the OAA.

it will be a dogfight right down to the last play of the game...rochester is comin off of two losses and needs this win to possibly contend in playoffs....its gonna be a close game especailly with rochester's explosive offense and adams' tough D

I strongly believe it will be a blowout just like the rest of the games Adams has played in this year. Rivalry or not, the smallest spread Adams has won by this year is 14. Thats incredible if you ask me and Rochester doesnt stand a chance.

i dont think so at all if u look at stats....cameron nabors is second in OAA White recieving leaders and billy cribbs is 5th in passing leaders....allan son and ziar r not far behind the rushing leaders either....not to mention rochesters defense, nick jordan listed as one of the best defensive players in the oaa and then they also have that tall kid john neugabuaer, and linebackers nick cronovich and aniello scartozzi and then putting up 32 on groves, 38 on southfield, 28 on north farmington, yea adams has put up more points but rochester has a lot better chance this year at a possible win then they did last year....

What stats are you looking at! Rochester has won four games against teams that have a combined win/loss record of 6-26. The Falcon's Red division cross over game against Athens (2-6), which was the Red Hawks only competitive win this year, is a very telling statement about the level of Rochester's program. Again, congrats on the four wins, but Adams remains a huge favorite in this rivarly game.

Kettering vs Mott. Since Kettering probably wont make the playoffs, it could make there season by beating the potential Blue champs Mott

individual stats mean nothing. Adams outmatches you as a team by all means.

Does anyone else think Rochester will have a chance solely based on the fact that Adams will not be worried about the game that much. Although it is a rivalry game, the highlanders might bench their better players and hold back for the playoffs, this is just a guess, but this is what happened two years ago when Adams was undefeated and won a very close game against a bad Rochester team.

Fair enough, i still think Rochester is going to throw everything they've got at Adams and make this game closer than most people think. The crowd should be great on both sides, but i believe that the SOF will help give the Falcons a real home-field advantage.

hecks yea the SOF will help...rochester has the best fans in oakland county if not the state...the game will be good and if rochester can shut down that stupid Wing-T offense they could come out victorious

ok same thing its all the same exact thing doesnt matter how bout adams grows a pair and runs something different for once....not saying the offense is effective cuz it really is but i dont think they could run an offense like rochester has or seaholm....thats just my opinion though

the spread is their main offense but have installed the power i this year and its very effective....allan son has one game where he ran for 230 yards with 2tds or somethin like that

T Murder, I think your enthusiasm for the Falcon's is running way ahead of any football smarts. Adam's is undefeated (excluding the forfiet) and has played and beat the top tier of the White Division. In thier cross over with the Red division they beat a 5 win (soon to be 6 win) Lake Orion team. Look at the games, the scores, the cross over, and you would have to agree that the Highlanders are HUGE favorites on Friday night.

haha, great comment T-murder, i agree, the veer is sort of a cop-out offense, full of fakes, it seems like an offense that a team runs because they can't do anything else. All that said i have to give props to Adams because they are a very good team, but don't overlook the Falcons Frday

Groves/Seaholm is generally a competitive game, despite the overall series record between the two.

Seaholm and Groves have played 47 times in the 46 years since the first game was played back in 1961.

Seaholm leads the series 35-12.
