TOPIC: Clarkston and Adams will be tested early. |

| Clarkston has the toughest test with #1 Dakota in their region. If they escape region 2 intact they will most probably run(crash) into Holt or Rockford can you say ouch!!!! If they win the semis they would HAVE to be the favorites to win the Div 1 state championship.
Adams will be tested early on with perhaps the toughest 6-3 team in the state with Warren Delasalle. Then next in line will be perhaps the toughest 7-2 team in the state with Birm. Bro. Rice provided they beat an 8-1 Stoney Creek. Then I think the road gets easier until they meet Hudsonville or Muskegon for the Div 2 State championship. Get into the championship and you've got a chance to take it all...anything can happen.

| Clarkston will have a tough enough time getting out of their district! Can't worry about Dakota, what about Ike. And if they win that, they play the winner between Romeo/LO. That will be difficult. Dakota? they hope.

| Oh Im sure at this stage no team will take any playoff game lightly. I do think Clarkston beats Ike though. Winner of the Lake Orion / Romeo game will also fall to Clarkston.

| An interesting matchup to me is the Mott vs Lathrup contest. You might say SL will roll but I have to add... no so fast my friend!

I don't know much about Mott. They played a much weaker schedule than Lathrup. The book on Lathrup is good size & talent but very inconsistant. I would go with Lathrup as the game is there for the taking "if" they show up. Size, talent and schedule very much in their favor.

| No disagreement here B... I have seen Mott a few times, one being against Stoney and they hit hard that day. They will have to contain due to a lack of speed compared to SL. I've also been know to catch a Lathrup game on occasion. They have a very good interior line and will bring the school every down from their QB-lead zone-sweep. It's hard to box 9 against them because of respect for that speed... I say you have to hit all gaps and set the tone early, but what do I know ~

| totally agree...when rochester played lathrup they took it to them...lathrup should have raped them...yea they won but rochester controlled most of the game....i think lathrup might be suprised and come out of this game with a loss

| Other than Lake Orion this was Adams 1st test outside their conference. I knew Adams was a good team but the confirmation was the DeLasalle game. They tore through a good DeLasalle defense at will. This domination of the DLS defense was an eye opener for all interested in this game. Adams has a very good chance to beat Brother Rice and advance to regionals.
With respect to Clarkston ...I don't think any body though they put up 45 points against IKE. Clarkston sent a signal that they intend to be a serious contender and maybe Dakota should take notice.
Im very happy with performance of the OAA who many thought was weak and watered down. Maybe they should look at their own conference?

| totally agree with u boo...adams really came out stuck it to 'em and showed them what OAA football is all about...same with clarkston....if rice wins (really good chance) the game between adams and rice would be an amazing game...that is if they would play each other they would right?

| ohhh if i had any adams apparel i would wear it but i will most likely just be wearing my varsity jacket like it matters though we all from the ROC and all cheering for the same team at this point so good luck to all adams players...i hope they blow them out cuz i heard rice is talkin a bunch of trash on how their gonna shut adams out and put up 30 or 40 on em....YEA RIGHT...i also heard that rice didnt even scout stoney creek before they played them supposedly they only scouted adams the whole week before the stoney game....too me that shows they r scared but it also shows that they r gonna be prepared if this is true....doesnt matter adams still gonna kill 'em
