| OAA did very well tonight. I believe 6-2, with one loss to a fellow OAA team.

| Fantastic start for the OAA conference. On MLive their were a number of posters who had claimed this was a down year for the OAA. Even those who claimed that Warre DeLasalle would beat Adams because of Adam's "weak" schedule. I challenged them all asking "How would you know?" you have not played our conference during the regular season! We now know that the OAA was not weak this year! After the drubbing of Warren DeLasalle and Ike it may call in question the strength of some of the other power conferences. Anyway I was very impressed with the OAA start in the playoffs. Keep it up guys!!!!

| one of my coaches used to say during a lot of our practices, the OAA is the best league in the state, no game is going to be an easy one. I think it's true and it looks like were proving it.

| Six OAA teams have come thru to the District Finals; four of them will play each other (L.O./Clarkston and Troy/Lathrup). Both Harrison and Adams have games against strong opponents but I feel they will both advance to their respective Regional Final. So I agree after the District Finals this weekend that the OAA will still be represented by four teams going forward into regional play. Following this scenario, the OAA could put 2 teams into the semi's from DI (Troy/Lathrup Reg. 3 and L.O./Clarkston Reg. 2) and one into the D2 semi's (Adams/Harrison). Should this occur I hope the debate about the strength of the OAA will be mute! Go get'em OAA!
