| We need everyone to please go to the main menu on the left side of the screen where it reads "Make payment & Online Forms" click on it and it will bring up all competition release forms. You need to print out all forms for each competition you are in and fill them out and bring to the gym to give to Sherry or Faith. You will not be able to compete if we do not get the release forms back. Thank you for your cooperation.
