| Adams over Brother Rice This was an exceptionally well played game by both teams. Rice had a tremendous ground game with C Ray leading the way. In the end it was Adams ability to mix up thier plays and move the ball for the winning score. Rice challenged Adams to the end but Adams responded like a CHAMPION.
Lake Orion over Clarkston Was a mild surprise / upset. Everyone knew this game would be close. I thought Clarkston's stingy defense would win it for them. Lum and Brody had a great game and that was the difference!
Harrison over Lakeland I expected this but I was surprised by the total points put up. A bit more scoring than I expected with Harrison's play off experience and great play from Sacha and Shuford the difference makers. Lookout Adams & Harrison rematch.
Outside the OAA
Hudsonville over Muskegon What are you kidding me? Hudsy blows out Musky after being trounced 52-0, by them, earlier in the season. What gives with the OK Red..up one week down the next???
Holt over Rockford Wow...I think Holt should be one of the top 3 teams, overall, in the state. They beat a good Rockford team...uh oh that OK Red may not be "ALL That"... Advantage to the East Side teams now in D1 and D2.

| Hudsonville didn't take kindly to that conference hammering earlier in the season and returned the favor... sounds familiar, no?
I like the observations ~

| Yes a close game as predicted. Don't think for a minute there was anything mild about this win, and should be no surprise. LO did not ride 'The Last Train to Clarkston' they drove it in! Lum and Brock are a Dynamic Demention in full command behind the LO-LINE ENGINE !!! Full Stean Ahead Boys !!!

| I know Lake Orion is a very capable team. I hope they can beat Dakota. A tall order but I really believe they have got the team to defeat them. Lake Orion is a big physical team that matches up well with Dakota. What do you think????

| Lake orion's reciever's name is Ryan Broth, not Brody or Brock. you were close though haha. I feel that Lake Orion has everything they need to bring the championship home. Chris lum with his big bodied reciever Chad Nieswand, and super fast, super slippery (as in the game against clarkston where no one could wrap him up) Ryan Broth, along with their steam-rollin AJ Palko giev ther offense a good shot at putting up big numbers. I'ts just up to their defense to get a few stops and helLO state champs.

| As good as Lake Orion is, I don't think they match up well against Dakota. Should be a great game if Orion's defense can play with them. Should they beat Dakota they will face Holt or C.C. in the Semi's.
