| Well, I guess I will make this novel day. I am personally happy with how this last half of the year went. I believe we found out what type of team we can have, and with a couple of pickups how we can improve. I do think drinking is an issue sometimes and that is no secret. Hell I just as guilty as anyone. I do have some issues, about last year that pretty much sucked the fun right out of me. In the last 6 tournaments, Buck gave me $200 bucks per tournament and we all know tourney caot at least $250 to $350. So I picked up the difference, some guys would pay their share but for the most part I got ignored brushed off. Sometimes we have to pitch in. This was on top of getting screwed over on hats, hoodys and pants. If you cant afford something, dont order it. I did the math and I ate about a grand on paying for other peoples share of tournaments and apparel. Hell, in Vegas I paid $120 out of my pocket to cover the ridiculous $400 entry fee. Next year things will be different. We are getting 2 stes of hats and jerseys. This will be about $100 max. If you dont pay up front, then you dont get your shit. I cannot, or my marriage, afford to spot people anymore. I have had this bottled up for a long time. If people cant afford to pay periodically and cover their own expenses then maybe you should rethink about playing for this team. Next yerar we are going in with at least $13,000 plus whatever Buck chips in with. This money will go strictly into traveling and tournament fee. One last note, I have two torn up shoulders and they need some rehab, so hopefully I will get healed up and swing the magic stick again. I didnt come on here to be negative I just want people to know what I go through in organizing this stuff and trying to make everyone happy. We will be meeting after Christmas. Vincent out!

| If you had another go-to dance besides the "Shoulder Inferno", maybe you woudn't hurt yourself! On the serious tip, softball commitment is not just a mental and physical thing, it is also a financial thing. We have great sponsors, but they do not cover everything. A few of us seem to have to pick the rest of the tab. I know I have to eat every car we rent (which explains the girth). Happy Kwanzaa.

| I have a few suggestions of my own. Jump in front of a truck, take English as a second language courses, retire from softball, shave those hideous sideburns, go stick your half-tongue to a light pole.

| great call gmv. i think we should throw some money out of our pockets, call it player commitment fees. 15 guys X 300$ = 4500.00 shit that will pay alot of stuff. i want to travel alot more, but also realize we have turf in our back yard. so im on the fence.

| Knocker and I have talked about a player fee to be paid at the beginning of a season. $150 TO $200 bucks a player. This money could go into the pot to help people out who need it or just add it to the team fund. Whatever works. I know Hawk gets destroyed on the rental cars and this could help. Money goes pretty fast and every little bit helps. Players throw their part in and its over with. I know some guys might have a problem with this but think about it, pay up front or pay later, what is the difference? Give me some feedback on this. It is pretty safe to say that most everything, hotels, cars and tournies will be covered all year but its better to have more money than not enough.
