| Awesome job to everyone yesterday!!! Parents and friends, thank you so much for your support. It means so much to these kids when they can run up to someone they love and give them a big hug after hitting a routine! As for our individuals and teams- we brought home 12 more first places and 3 second places!! WAY TO GO!!!
Let's start with our individuals!! Gia- you nailed it! Congrats on doing your first ever individual! Your tuck was so high, I could have walked under it! Way to go! Tiffany- wow! Where did you come from yesterday?! You amazed us all... and proved that hard work really pays off! Great Job! Britt R.- you killed it! Man, that was seriously the best we've seen you do all year! Keep it up and know that your always number 1 to us! McKenna- great job! You know how to work it girl! Britt && Ally- you girls are amazing. I love watching you two perform... and that's exactly what you both did yesterday- you went out there and put on a show!! And of course, brought home the hardware with it ;]
Dance Teams!! Every one of our teams brought it! White Thunder and Black Lightning, you girls have great routines, now just go out there with a little more confidence and have fun with it!! Black Thunder, Red Lightning, and Red Thunder, you guys rock!
Cheer Teams!! Jr. Prep and Sr. Prep- awesome job! We had a couple of little mistakes, but trust me- if you hit those routines solid, NOBODY can touch you. Keep up the great work. Every single person on these two teams has been working so hard at every practice so just keep doing what your doing! I promise... once these routines hit, you will be unstoppable!!!!! Also, I just wanted to say "Thank You" to Holly on Senior Prep for thinking quick when her base was late to their stunt! Girl... you just proved you are a true cheerleader!! Thinking quick on your feet is a must when your on that floor, and you did just that. Way to go!! Coed- you guys had it!!!! When you first took the mat, I could feel the energy... just make sure you keep it up throughout the ENTIRE routine. Breathe, relax, and just have fun out there. Your stunts have the difficulty, and your routine can put out a really fun show, but it's up to you guys to pull together as a team and stick it!! Great job! Junior Advanced- the team with my favorite routine (ok, just because I used to perform it)!! You amaze me with your talent. I know how exciting it is to do this routine and I love watching you practice it... but yesterday you guys just kind of went out there and did it. With this routine, you HAVE to keep up with your tumbling and stunting. With only one stunt, besides the pyramid, in the whole routine, you have to nail it. Fight for it with every little bit you can. Flyers, if you feel a base doesn't have a good grip, STAY TIGHT and keep your little butts in! Don't drop them! Bases, same thing- if you feel a flyer getting lazy, use every thing you can to keep them up! For your first competition, you did well, but we want you guys to do FANTASTIC!!! We want to see that Junior Advanced team that we know can pull off a flawless routine! To our girls, and Austin, who were hurt or sick and still pulled it off- thank you!! You guys are troopers :)
