| I played one summer in Belgium and my former coach is looking for a pitcher.
The info that I know: -The season is early March to Oct. Usually, two games on the weekends and two practices during the week. -Host family and paid 300 euro a month (the pay isn’t great but one could easily get a job working at an English speaking bar (Irish Pub or there are a couple Aussie bars). I got job at a small Irish Pub and made bank). -Antwerp, Belgium is centrally located and it’s easy to travel. I went to 9 different countries while I played there. By train, Amsterdam is one and a half hour and Paris is just a couple hours. -The team you would be playing with finished 2nd place and has a strong nucleus. They feel they are one good American pitcher away from winning it all. -The team will pay for your flights and they pay the host family to feed you. -Everyone speaks English and that was never an issue.
