| Hello all Ultimate Parents. We are starting the parent hip-hop team practice again starting on Weds. Jan. 9, at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Anyone interested, please be there. We will continue practice until our parent exhibition in March. Come on parents, we need to represent Ultimate at our competitions! Let's show the kids what we got! This is a coed team, so come on dads, don't be shy! Please call with any questions.

| We had so much fun last night! The dance Nikki is teaching us is much easier than the one we were doing in the fall. Come on, parents, you can definitely do it if I can!

| I second that. If I can do it anyone can! lol I even did a cartwheel! WOO HOO. (and didn't land on my u know what. :) Hope to see a lot more of you there. Nikki is nice enough to volunteer her time, let's show all the other parent teams out there that WE ROCK!
