| Once again I ask the question,
Just the following are performing on Saturday? I take it the teams that are performing on Saturday do not perform on sunday?
Jr prep, Sr prep, White Lightning, White Thunder Black Lightning and Red Lightning

| I do believe they told us a couple weeks ago that the teams will only be performing on Saturday. I think it was posted on this message board, you may have to scroll down.

| All Ultimate teams compete on Saturday only.

Also, in the future, if you need to know an answer to a question quickly, it is better off to call the gym and speak to someone. A lot of times, the coaches don't get a chance to check the message board until after practices. Also, if something is posted on the message board but receives no replies, every post that is posted after that bumps it down... so you may have to scroll :)
