| Originally, the OAA realignment was attempting to seperate the top programs (Clarkston, Orion, Adams, Harisson) into two different divisions. The purpose was to give the other teams in the former division 1 a better opportunity to make the playoffs. The current alignment has placed most of all the large schools in the Red Division, which will certainly make it the most competitive division in the OAA
