Author TOPIC: MEN'S SUMMER LEAGUE MEETING INFORMATION

To let everyone know, I am going to schedule the 1st meeting for the Men’s Summer League for March 20th, at 7pm at Walt’s Pizza.

I would encourage all team managers to attend. We are going to decide on a handful of things and the direction that the men’s league is going to take.

The second and final league meeting will be on Thursday, April 17th. That is a full 2 ½ months from now. At this meeting, league fees will be due. Expect to pay in the same range as it was last year which was $615. I will be able to give definites at the first league meeting on what league fees will be, based on some of the things that need to be decided upon.

I will be calling league managers from previous leagues this weekend to let everyone know. The April 17th deadline will be adhered to. If your money is not in by then, your team will not be in the league. “You know we’re good for it”, “Our sponsor has not cut the check yet”, “The check has to come from the home office and they said it’ll be here next week”, etc… are excuses and do not matter. April 18th, the league will be closed and whatever teams are registered and paid will be playing and that will be it.

Not trying to be difficult, but I just want this said so there is NO confusion. It’s too much work to chase down people that owe the league money. It’s over 2 months from now, do what you have to now to get the money together. Call your players now if you don’t have a sponsor and let them know they’re gonna have to each pay up or they’re not gonna play.

This meeting has been moved to the following Tuesday. It will be Tuesday, March 25th @ Walts Pizza at 7pm. Please make sure that all Men's team managers are aware.

I dont know yet Brad. Won't know until everyone pays. Everything you will need to know will be at the meeting. Please come to it if you're interested.
