| Well I finally was able to get the new Planet Mertog in, sorry it was so late but I was ompletely severed from the outside world due to contracting a nasty virus that was probably downloaded by one of my kids. Ironically, said virus was probably created by some prepubescent who at the tender age of 12 already has far superior computer savvy than myself.
This little episode entailed me actually having to initiate a dialogue with one of the wonderful non-english speaking tech support people who seemingly fill just about every single job in the technology industry. Is it possible that when phoning a major software company for assistance that I could actually talk to someone who didn't arrive on the shores of this country on a floating door?
Anyway, I hope you like the new Planet and I wonder what you think of some of the questions that were posed....particularly the idea for adding an EH etc.
Also, Artie do you have a copy of the specific little rules that some of us may not be aware of?
Such as Pinch Hitters, re-rentires, substitutions etc?

| love the new planet. It made me laugh out loud and i dont usually do that when reading anything. I like the switch to USSSA and I like keeping out the 120 bats. No need for them on sundays. I dont want the fakes. That shit doesnt fuck anyone up and just prolongs the agony of waiting for the pitch from the retarded prick who decided to play games on the mound. I like the distance the pitchers can back up and even if we went with 120 bats this distance more than makes up for the speed gain the ball gets off the bat. The umpires are superior and that is all i have to say on the umps. I like the idea of the EH and believe that it should be fine with anyone. This would be a good tool to have at the managers disposal. It could serve two purposes. It could get people an extra at bat or be used to dillute a potent lineup against a weaker opponent so you dont get accused of "belichikin them". I cant wait for this coming season and look forward to getting revenge on Smitty and his band of champions (for now). Enjoy it now boys because the Voof is gonna get what you took from them!

| Nate...ah yes, the dreaded "Falcon Punch". I studied the martial arts for 37 years now and I have never learned a more useful technique than the "Falcon Punch". Of course there is the nasty business of restraining orders and so on that accompany the use of such a manuever but it is effective nonetheless. I believe I learned that technique from Master "Grits and Gravy" who as you know developed the famous "Pimpin Ain't Easy" art of Ho management! You may recall his most infamous move called "The Pimp Hand" which is of course a variation of Bruce Lee's "Iron Fist". Good luck with the technique and I hope it works for you.
In all honesty, I have never seen anyone shoot the middle on the pitcher intentionally yet. Everyone in this league pretty much gets along with each other and that is what I like about this league. Yeah we've all had minor arguments but that is all in the heat of competition. I had someone shoot the middle once when I pitched just to break my balls, but it was done in a friendly way and he even told me he was coming at me. So it was all in good fun.
The guys here are great....except that friggin Ryno character!

| Ernie...exactly! It also just gives another guy who would languish on the bench in futility a chance to get a couple of swings in. Of course you wouldn't be forced to play an EH, just as you are not forced to play an over the middle guy or DH, but if you can why not?
I've gotten some great E-mails from guys around the league and even some from guys who don't play in this league and they all agreed so far that the EH is a good idea. In addition, the e-mails coming from guys who do not play in this league told me that they thought this was a great league and they love the website....so I have to give the props to Smitty because this is his baby and people are always telling me that the website is WHY they like this league so much. Great job Smitty.

| O yeah and mac i been watching my kids every day off. Wife works now. I had enough of the lazy cunt laying around here leechin off me so I got her to get a job last year. Now the bitch works like 50 hours a week. I think she figured Fuck it if he is gonna make me work i will work so much he cant drink or go out. So that's about what she's done. I havent been to a bar since well.... that dont count i still been drinking but you would have to meet up with me at 8am at Pele's in North Kingston... after shift my whole shift goes over there. Other than that no drinking during normal hours since the softball party at Prata's.
