| Meeting went really well. Things we talked about:
Scoreboards - they are hoping to have them up by the beginning of the league.
Light bill - we've been charged for some flood lights which we shouldn't be charged for. They're either supposed to be covered by Ameren or by the park. They're gonna look into it and let us know what is going on.
Fields - They have 4 pallets of Turface on order. 2 for each field. I suggested waiting on this. I don't think we've had enough time to see the effects of the Turface that was put down last year and what good it does. I told them that all of the research I've done shows that unless you're able to water the fields or keep them damp somehow. They agreed and actually said that they've been looking into doing something like this at Fosse for this year.
Marc Evans has already made some calls about what would be needed and the such. The cool thing is that we possibly have large enough lines going to the park that we could put a large enough sprinkler behind the pitchers mound that would cover the entire infield.
He's checkin on this and is gonna let the park board know what he finds.
In a nutshell, that's it. I have a couple things to go over with the Maintenance dept. like adjusting lights, fixing fencing, etc...
