| Allie will not be at practice tonight. Our beloved "Nanny D" passed away on Saturday evening. She meant the world to us and Allie is having a hard time. She is not up to coming to practice right now. I will call the gym later this week to pay for the banquet.

| Allie, I know exactly what you're going through right now. I lost my grandma a couple of months ago and she was my best friend. Take your time and just remember the fun memories! I'll be keeping you and your family in my prayers. If there's anything you need, or just someone to talk to, please let me know!

I know exactly what you're going through, my Granny passed in July and we were "tight".
