| Thank you everyone for helping me yesterday with my elbow injury.
I havent gone to the doctors yet but I am going tomorrow.
I am so happy that Sr.Prep and Co-Ed won 1st. Thank you everyone that filled in for me.

| Amber I hope everything works out.:( I'll tell you what....you really showed me how much heart you have. You amazed me! It was great to see how much you cared for your teammates and how you didn't want to let them down. You showed true compassion,leadership and dedication to us and I thank you for that. I just wish you didn't get hurt. Remember if you still feel pain...I can always get you that ROCK for your shoe.LOL

| I will never forget the first words out of your mouth after you fell to the ground in pain. "Oh no I can't let my team down". Those words showed how very much you care about your teammates and your ULTIMATE Family. We all very much care about you and are extremely proud of you as I'm sure your parents are. Not just for being a good cheerleader, but more importantly for being a loyal and caring friend. Keep your chin up and I will pray for a quick recovery. You are what ULTIMATE is all about and stands for.
