| A big THANK YOU to Friends of St. Paul Baseball and EVERYONE else involved in getting lights at Dunning Field. That includes past players and mangers,commissioners,groundskeepers (and even umpires) who have been involved with keeping the tradition of quality baseball and a well run and respected league alive in St. Paul for so many years.
Even in my 22nd season in this league, it was an honor to play in the first game under the lights tonight. I hope that the old, new and future players at all levels of amateur baseball that play at Dunning Field will realize how fortunate they are to have a great place to play and appreciate the efforts of all those that made it happen.
