Everyone has been a part of the poor year that we have had. Some Big Tourneys are still ahead of us, time to move forward and stop looking behind us. We really have a chance to turn things around, I think our hitting is finally here. Now we need to put everything together.
This team was brought together to win and that hasn't happened and I understand that it gets frustrating but no one person has carried this team. Everyone has been up and down, to call out one player or two is not fair. That is not what we do as a team! To me this team is not strangers playing together, everyone was picked up because before we were teammates we were friends, the problem I see is that we have taken the friend and fun out of what we are doing. Yes, we want to win! Yes, we will play the best players at there position? Yes, we will pinch hit for anyone that isn't hitting? That is Softball, we need to put egos aside and go back to the fun that we have, ripping each other during games. We need to take the stress and pressure off and have fun. NOW, do not get me wrong I am out to win and will give 110% to do so, but, maybe if we have some fun the wins will come.
ON A LIGHTER NOTE:
Who is heading up to the CITY tonight to watch the OPEN? Does anyone want to go to dinner before hand?

| WE NEED TO GET BACK TO BEING WHO WE ARE AND NOT WHO WERE NOT AS JULIO SAID WE NEED TO GO OUT AND HAVE FUN WIN, LOSE OR DRAW. THE DYNAMICS ON THE TEAM IS DIFFERENT THAN IT WAS IN THE PAST BUT THE COMARADERIE IS STILL THE SAME. I CAN'T SAY NUCH BECAUSE I HAVE'NT BEEN THERE FOR A MONTH BUT EVERYONE ON THIS TEAM CAN PLAY THIS SILLY GAME. WE NEED TO RELAX AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHO WE ARE PLAYING AND WORRY ABOUT OURSELVES AS TEAMATES AND MORE IMPORTANTLY FRIENDS.
