TOPIC: crowe rochs game moved to 930 |

| big boss man called and said the guys from rochs have to work in the afternoon so wanted to move game to 930, no problem mert, we shall see you at 930, someone will have to call the umps to get them there at 930 also, its our home game so im sure big boss man has that under control

| thats partially true....that game was moved to 930
the umps asked if we could move 5 of the games to 930. the governors cup is this weekend and they are umpiring. some of our umps need to be at city park around 1230. they pushed the tournament back from 1200 to 1230 to accomodate us and asked if we could move back to 930 to accomodate them. rick was very apologetic for the short notice.
hopefully this gets confirmed for most of these games. they have rearranged their schedules several time as we have moved games and switched times. and since its been a good working relationship thus far i hope 30 minutes is ok.
rick also said anything before 10 is helpful but would love games to start at 930.
ill update the site later once both managers confirm the changes.
rochs/crowe at flat river(wash. oak) and jogues/harris at ravenwood have confirmed 930 start times.

| heard from the pub and they are in. that means the delpadre/pub game at club jogues will also be 930 along with 930 start times for
crowe/rochs
moulton/patriot
harris/jogues
and keenan, settle down. i understand 930 is early, but that means your at crowe when they unlock the door. you've never done that before. apology accepted...but ill wait for the thank you. i increased your drinking time, but don't get any credit.

| i agree we are gonna need to start playin more games cuz as it is now the finals will b in mid sept which just isnt gonna work for a few teams we should have played today! granted it was a lil rainy but look now 10 ( our regular time ) its dry and sunny. start playin 2 series a week to get back to a regular playoff schedule

| I would have to agree. I am nto one to bitch or gripe because I do not know who makes the final decision but if you looked at the doppler radar you would have seen it was just a passing shower. Granted at the time it did not look good. I also understand we were under time restrictions with the umps. I am not bitching or complaining but I was on 116 at the time I recieved the call and it was already starting to slow down and the clouds were letting up. Tony Petrarca although semi gayish in his actions would have been a great guy to go to before jumping the gun. What the hell do I care though it was an hour and a half total ride for me away from..THE WIFE! HAHAHA

| Thanks for the quick call on the cancellation Mert. I was able to put my wife back to bed and go downstairs for a couple of shoes. I would rather have played softball today, but I'll take the 7,000 MGM coughed up to me in two hours. Drinks on me next week. anyone looking to join a card team after the season let me know.

| I was awake all night and saw the conditions this morning at 9:30 it was still pouring. Not drizzle. Not a light rain. It was pouring. I highly doubt that the fields dried up in 30 minutes. So clean the sand out of your vaginas and realize that not playing was the right move. I do agree we need to double up the games or play some during the week to get the schedule back on track.
