| Bob uses the bowflex often. How do you think he keeps himself in such fit condition. After all, he only weighs 215. Just ask him he will tell you, but i swear if he weighs 215 then he must have less than 5% muscle.

| As an added incentive, just remember Dutilly outran Ian Smith in a foot race...just more proof that Bo-Flex works. However Ian Smith just ran out (very slowly I might add) and bought the Total Gym by Chuck Norris...we'll see what happens next time they race.
