| Is my math right? Did the South outscore the North 163-39 last week? Come on fellas, we gotta do better than that. Good shit on the win TOYZ, coming back against the last place team in the South with 9 guys. Is that the best we got...or can we try for 2 wins this week.
Eating my words up here!

| THIS WEEK:
SOUTH 6 NORTH 0
*** SOUTH ALLOWS 20 TOTAL POINTS IN 6 GAMES ***
The commishes better sit down and change the playoffs how are you gonna have the 4 top seeds playing in one half knocking eachother out while these scrubs get a bye into the chip? seed all 8 teams and let the best 2 teams meet in the chip regardless of north or south

| Na man, we get it just fine. Ya'll couldn,t hang wit the South so you said you would only come together if there was 2 divisions. Man up and play the best just like the state tourney and earn a chip.

| Eh chee chee we aint a mutha f*ckin hartford team? You know what Yall know that NO NORTH team would be in the top of the seeding therefore getting the boot early so yall wanna ensure the Oilers making it to the chip. No one else on the North side is a threat so who else would it be. Anyother way it would be two SOUTH teams playin for the chip. Next year Im going to the meetings so that pussy shyt like this cant happen...
Whatever happened to seperate but equal.
Two halfs equal a whole.
Its understandable FEAR is normal...

| There seems to be a few things that need to be cleared up as it appears a few people are either mis-informed or just like to hear themselves talk.
The GCFFA/GHLKFFL merger the past year has been just that, a merger between two leagues. With that, we have three Co-Commissioners: Myself, Ray Long and Marvin Tyson. As like anything else all parties involved have approached this merger with both great ideas and hesitations. With that, it has grown from the spring season to the current fall season, and we will continue to grow for next Spring. As all parties become more familiar with each other and our goals for the league and its teams become unified we have and will make changes.
As it stands right now, Raymond represents the NORTH division, and myself and Marvin run the SOUTH division. All fees, permits, insurances, prizes and additional cost are split equally between the divisions. All involved are here for the same reason: To provide the best 9-man flag football experience possible. For the fall season we felt that a 2 division format (ala the NFL) would be best. The South may be better from top to bottom but so was the AFC last year and we know how that went (I hate the GIANTS). So, basically stop crying and play the games.
As for us losing permits in New Haven, check your sources. Although we are considered the SOUTH, our teams are from Willimantic, Hartford, New Britian and New Haven. It only makes sense to be based out of Hartford as 75% of our teams and 88% of the total league is within 20 minutes of Hartford. New Haven was never even considered for the fall. In the future we would love to see enough teams from both the North and South to have two divisions at two locations playing simultaneously with interleague play.
Aw Man!!!, I would love to see you and everyone else at future meetings. I will continue to stress that we will only make changes at those meetings and welcome all and any suggestions.
Good luck to all the teams playing this season and we look forward to the rest of the season and crowning a fall CHAMPION.
