| Artie's Umpire that he had on the VFW payroll won with 9. Tough with the wind today. A lot of good hitters only got 1-3. Jeff(mini me) Constadine had a good run but came up short. Dutilly,Player Pete,Keenan, and Ryman, and a few other had some good shots. Pete"the player" Ianelli gets the longest shot of the day award

| pna beat the shit out of sandy bottom in the first and won by one in the second in the bottom of the seventh. i beg to differ on the longest shot of the day, ernie hit one over the trees in right that was still on its way up at hunters. that was the longest homerun ive ever seen hit in softball bar none.

| I would like to add that the Christos Pizza Guys are a group of great guys and hard hitters and....as many of you already know..make a damn fine pizza. Many of their players look like they eat pizza 24/7..maybe thats where they get their power from . ( then again..maybe not. If that were true Gopher would have more than 0 homers )This team would be a fine addition to the league and should be considered FIRST if a spot becomes available in the spring

| Listen Jeremy....you might want to be nice to Mr. Botelho. With the Economic slow down, we are going to need someone like Bob. He brings great value to the league not only as a player, but as a Major Sponsor also!!!

| I have to say that Ernie's blast was the farthest ball I have ever served up. I just laughed when I saw it going.Too bad the ball burned up during re-entry,he could have signed it for me.
