I don't kno for sure but I suppose coaches probably vote on this!? Im sure OAAscouts could answer this!?

| Hey fellas... I'll send an email out tomorrow to all of the OAA Coaches asking for a return email with their selections. I'll give them a week or so... especially the playoff contenders, and post the results.
