| Saw the game and it was very exciting. Each team got lucky on some plays and unlucky on others. Nonetheless both teams played well, but only one could win. Looked at freep.com, scores are starting to come in. Looks like WB lost as well - also heard LO won 7-0 at the last minute in the 4th quarter

| Adams losing is surprising, but shouldn't be a shocker. I thought they were a small team that could get pushed around come playoff time by a more physical team, which Brother Rice is ....... I know easy to say after the fact !! :)
Lake Orion did win in the last minute, with Brandon Oakes scoring on a 19 yard run. Not sure if its was IKE's Defense or not, but LO's offense was definetly out of sync. They will need to play a much better game next week or they will be done.
LO's D looked strong despite missing 3 starters including D captain AJ Gill.

It was a blood bath for us tonight. Adams, Ferndale, Avondale, and West Bloonfield all bite the dust. Lake Orion squeaks out a 7-0 victory over a mid pack MAC team. This is a real shocker ... Id say we got exposed. Sorry ...I have to deal with this ... very tough to accept ... I feel like I have been robbed or something ...I just thought (hoped) the OAA would be stronger in the playoffs.

| Yea, I glad Orion was able to pull it out at the end.
Branden Oakes came through big time on the last drive. Charette showed a lot of cool on 4th down.
Orion seemed to be on the right track on their 1st drive until they fumbled at Ike's 12. Lots of penalties and I thought they needed to pass more on 1st down. Ike was putting a lot of pressure on QB. The good news is that 2 years ago Macomb Dakota beat a 6-3 Ike team 3-0 in the 1st round on the way to a state championship.
