| The infamous TURN...where I doubled up the road runner like Goodwin in the playoffs ending a rally and putting a sword in the heart of CM's season , has received some recognition, deservedly so, over the last few weeks. It is nearly impossible to roll two against Flash Goodwin. You need to have skills beyond what this league usually requires. Cannon arm . Quick hands. Guts to stand in there while some fat guy comes sliding in. Apparently I have overstated my roll in THE TURN. Per Matt Scanlon, the 2nd baseman on that play, it was HIS skills that lead to THE TURN. Are you kidding me Matty. Isnt that like giving credit to the holder on Vinitieris game tying field goal in the snow against Oakland? You supplied one fish and one loaf..I worked the miracle and fed a colony of lepers with it. Please, when I am performing sleight of hand and borderline sorcery at second I would prefer, like any good magicians assistant, that you just stand there and say " Tah Dah!" when the trick is over. Perhaps even an AMEN.

| Actually Bob...the "REAL TURN" occurred when Roch's played Botelho's and the score was tied in the 7th. Botelho's had the bases loaded and one out and if they score they win.
Hard ground ball that looks like it finds a hole between third and short is knocked down by Jim Desroiser's who from his knees fires to second and Carlo "The Stump" Vacarro fires to first to stop the run from scoring and of course you know we went into extra innings going back and forth in what could be considered one of the best games ever played on Coventry soil.
But...that was the "REAL TURN" and one of the best plays I have ever seen.

| NO NO, The real turn was the triple play against PNA in the 07 season. Started by Turbit to Botelho (who made a great scoop @ home) to Third and ended at 2nd base with yours truly, Tah Dah.

| Mert Mert Mert Mert...theres playing CHOPSTICKS on the piano and then there is playing Mozart. Yes, the bottom of the 7th in a meaningless , albeit hard fought game, game in May is great..but...YOU DOUBLED UP STEVENS for CHRISTS SAKE. BRIAN STEVENS.aka Engleberg. Desrosiiers could have kicked it to the third baseman, who could have rolled it to STUMP, who could have ran it to first and touched the base himself before Stevens got half way down the line. I had to make my turn against a Jack Rabbit. We had like 4.3 seconds compared to your 2 minutes.

| Mert, I don't remember who was on I think Botelho knows. I know that nobody ran or there were two guys on 2nd base.

| Sisson was on 2nd. Somebody chubby..on first. PNA has so many fat guys god knows who it was. I think Beaver. Or Considine. Wait..thats the triple play that will happen THIS year. It wasnt really a total baserunning blunder. I think Sisson thought that the SS caught the ball in the air and held the bag...although ..everybody else was running

| smitty almost had an unassisted triple play at atwood this year, he doubled them up but he ran in on a ball, wait a minute, im not sure if you can actually run in on a ball when ur playing 10 feet behind the second base bag but anyway, caught a ball and stepped on second and on the way to the dugout could of stepped on third for an the trifecta, i was drunk and playing in jeans that nite so smitty help me out if i was a little off on my memory of it, i think we beat that team 40 to nothing anyway.
