| We have a second release form that needs to be filled out by everyone who is competing in Sea World. This release form is actually for Sea World. Please make sure to see myself or Faith and fill this form out for your child without this form Spirit Cheer/Seaworld will not allow your child to compete on Saturday. I have made copies of the release and they will be at the gym for you to fill out.
