I have been inspired by all the talk of Gopher and Stevens hitting the gym, that I have decided to do something about my fat lazy ass.

Just don't ask stevens for help, he may complain but he needs me there. I leave him alone for 1 week and he skips 4 days, drinks a bottle of southern comfort & diet sprite, and rides the eliptical backwards for 20 mins straight...LOL
