First of all thank you for all coming to the meeting on Monday. As we discusssed I will need a deposit of $100 per athlete that will be going to worlds by Monday 3/2. I will also need 1 parent for anyone who is under the age of 18 to come in on Monday between 5-7 to sign a release form for your child and another form for USASF. If I don't have these two things on Monday you/or your child will not be registered for Worlds and we will assume you have given up your spot on the team for WORLDS.
