| Hey everyone, I sent this email out to the Little League as well, it's a new free website to help with your Field Scheduling. Check it out!
"What was taking me hours to accomplish in the past, is now taking me minutes."
~Andy Wingfield: Recreation Director - Wyckoff, NJ
StadiumRoar.com is a free-to-use field-scheduling website that my partner and I built last year, after we graduated from Duke University. It saves sports organizations a lot of energy while scheduling chunks of time at fields.
StadiumRoar is unique from other facility-scheduling programs, not only because it's free, but because it seamlessly links location managers with location requestors (coaches, league heads, tournament directors, etc). My partner and I are both born and raised in NJ, and are official members of the NJRPA. We have already helped many programs in New Jersey with their Fall and Winter scheduling, and want to help even more of them this Spring/Summer. With StadiumRoar, you can:
1. Receive location requests faster 2. Send location bookings faster 3. View your time-slot schedules faster
To try the website, visit StadiumRoar.com, enter your email address on the Home Page and hit JOIN you will get a feel for the program instantly. Once you've checked out StadiumRoar, the best thing to do is put a link to StadiumRoar.com on your organization's website. Include a short note to your organization members, along the lines of "To request playing time at locations, visit the website StadiumRoar.com, sign up, and send your requests over the site to YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS". StadiumRoar.com will save you a lot of time and hassle when you coordinate locations for this Spring/Summer season, and any season afterwards. For more information you can visit the Home Page and click the LOCATIONS ORGANIZER - CLICK FOR TOUR button. This will show you how StadiumRoar can work for you and any member of your sports community.
Sincerely,
Andrew Tucker, Co-Founder
