| I feel as though I owe Eric from A plus a little bit of positive press on these boards. To give you the short sweet version...if you are looking to get a mortgage of ANY kind he should be someone you check with. It doesn't cost you anything other than a few minutes of your time to let him take your information and see what he can do for you.
Now for the longer version.... I bought my house at (what i now realize) was the worst possible time. Prices were high and rising and I got nervous that it was never gonna come down so i jumped into the market. I bought my house at the high end of the housing boom and I got into the wrong kind of mortgage. I wanted to refinance out of an adjustable rate mortgage and get into a fixed rate mortgage. Sounds easy right? But not when what you owe on the house is not what the property is appraised for now that the housing market has crashed. I talked to 4 different lenders and was looking at many different options. Then Bob (Gopher) told me to try Eric and see what he could do. Eric got me out of my mortgage (which not one other lender was able to do) and into a fixed rate mortgage. He took the time to search through my many options and found a way to get me into the kind of program i needed despite the financial issues that other lenders told me were making my situation impossible.
So again, if you have any mortgage needs you should be looking to get in contact with A plus. It doesn't hurt because it doesn't cost anything to see what they can do for you.

| EW..well done...and... I heard the insurance was pretty good on that house too. RyRyno, if I get your business I officially un-retire. Yes, I am working on a sunday! And, then going to the gym.... juuust in case I hook up with a team before the Monday deadline. Before you pay your next premium RYRyno, ask yourself one question...how much can your insurance guy bench?

| Ballcrusher, a sinking company would be any company that employs your sorry ass.
Eric, my family and I are the ones that should thank you. It was a major stress unloading that mortgage for a great fixed rate.
Ryno, LB4LB has been my homeowners insurance agent since I bought the house 3 years ago. Obviously I am biased as I love the little bastard, but whenever I have had a question or a problem I call Bob and he is almost as quick with getting back to me as he is with his comebacks here on the boards.

| The grand total was 0. I did eat 2/3 of a dozen of deviled eggs though. To address the ATM issue...after about 9 straight hours of drinking on Saturday I made several attempts to operate the ATM at he sandy bottom....unsuccessful attempts. Evidently I also found my way almost all the way to the PNA before deciding it would be best for me to chill for a while in the Job Lot parking lot. I remember none of this and am relying on reports of my whereabouts by others.
