| I think i am gonna go out to midway on my way to menahga tomorrow, i plan to be there about 2-2:30 pm to work on the field a little bit (paint the wood, paint the foul poles if they get brought out there?, dig holes, rake, other things) if anyone wants to join me they are more than welcome to come hang out if you are available! | From the National Weather Service: Friday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 58. Breezy, with a south wind 11 to 20 mph becoming northwest. Winds could gust as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Hope it holds off or misses the midway/menahga area this time, find out tomorrow i guess!

| Fort Ripley only wants to play 7 innings tomorrow as they have 2 league games on Sunday and need to save pitching. At least they are still coming so we have a ballgame on Saturday in Midway unless you guys don't want to play.
I guess we'll just wear blue all weekend since we can't get a jersey for Tony.

| We got beat by Brainerd 8-0 and we beat Fort Ripley 9-5.Could have played better in both games hitting and fielding the ball. Could have used more men both days. Let's bear down from here on out.

| It's ok to miss a weekend here an there as we have plenty of ballplayers. Of course we want to win every ballgame but the important thing is to get quality at bats for the hitters and innings for the pitchers. Our defense has been a bit shaky but it is still early. We will score runs.
