TOPIC: Staples game rescheduled to 7/17 in Menahga |

| We had to bump Nisswa and play Staples that night in Menahga to make up the league game. THe game with Nisswa was exhibition. This was really the only date they could do it. The game will start at 8:30 to allow time for their guys to get to Menahga from the cities.

| Ok fellas...This kind of upsets me and probably more than my old man but there was some concern arising about the scheduling of ball games in menahga. We cannot just schedule games whenever we feel like it on the menahga field, we are not the only team in the state that plays on that diamond. The Relics, Nimrod, Legion, VFW just to name a few have games scheduled on that field. Another reason is if Charlie doesn't know that there is a game there he won't have it lined, or be there to turn the lights on, and without him there, we wouldn't be getting the lights on period, so its obviously a good thing to let him know if we want to play there. No one has yet to inform him of our numerous games there. He does have a life like all of us other than baseball, and although he loves baseball and likes nothing better than to see the menahga diamond used and for us to be using it, he needs to know so he can make his schedule work for us. Thanks and hope someone talks to him soon so he can have the field ready!

| I was told by Tony, Shroom, and Kyle that they would get the schedule to him as they see him all the time. If the field is booked let me know.

| I didn't mean to come across as a jerk or whatever...and i did talk to Charlie myself and he said that its not a big deal, i just assumed that we asked to use the field before we scheduled each game. No harm done as he was not mad. In the future lets just go ahead and confirm the date first and then schedule the game and post it when its complete. Thanks men!

| Of course.......with the cell phone we could have made the call and saved the space on the message board. It's good drama I like reading it...stay off the cell phone.
