| It's been a while since my last post and with my average in the gutter I am not here to boast (that will come in the playoffs). However I have a local apartment for rent if someone may be interested. Here are the details.
3 bed (1 could be office)- all on 2nd floor
1.5 baths- 1 down, 0.5 up
living room- 1st floor
kitchen- 1st floor, appliances stay
dining room- 1st floor
washer/dryer hook-up in basement
fenced in yard
bottom/basement is another apartment w/ long term tenant
location very accessible to highway on Coventry/West Warwick line
Asking $1100/month.
Available after June 8th.
I (owner) am currently living in the available apartment.
