| The high school baseball championship will be decided this week and I thought you guys might be interested.
There are two or three games left to decide the champion. All games are scheduled for McCoy Stadium, tickets are $5.00 and the concessions are open (no alcohol it's high schools sports).
Wednesday night 6/10 - North Kingstown vs. South Kingstown at 6:30 at McCoy Stadium
Thursday night 6/11 - Hendricken vs. NK/SK winner at 6:30 at McCoy Stadium (NK/SK winner has to beat Hendricken twice)
If NK/SK wins Thursday game, I don't know when the final game is yet. I will update depending on the weather also.
If you have never gone before it is a great time, especially if you have kids. It's general admission tickets so you can usually get front row "green" seats and get a full look at McCoy without all the people in the way.
Again, I'll try and update with all the rain forecasted this week who knows what will happen.

| more importantly, Ian Smith is a fine coach for Hendricken. Has been for a few years now. Hence, our new ugly Hendricken like uniforms. Also, Anthony Ucci, another friend, is a coach for North Kingstown, the team that will take down the frigin Hawks!!! Thats right...how a kid from Coventry ends up at snobsville yelling " baAAAaaack " to some trust fund baby from his first base coaches box is beyond me. I am rooting for Ian,,yes,,,to get to the finals only to lose to North Kingstown. All kidding aside, I have been a couple of times this year...and ..its pretty interesting stuff. The best part is..the kids dont know it..they think that they are going to be playing for the redsox in 4 years..but guess what...the majority of them will be roaming the outfield on sunday mornings in Coventry circa 2013...ha! And Ian is a good guy good coach and Kate always wears a nice pair of open toie sandals and its all good....see you there!

| lastly....COVENTRY HIGH..coached by Chris Daigneault..another friend/client..recently won the RI State Championship for girls fast pitch softball. Quite an accomplishment. So congratulations to them as well...

| I graduated from Hendricken and even I don't root for them. While there I had one teacher arrested for having a cabin in the woods where he brought young boys and our principle was caught in the back seat of his car with a teenage male prostitute. Those facts were not missed by my public school friends. It was especially nice when the kids from another school once chanted, "It's alright. It's OK. At least our principle isn't gay." at a basketball game.
