Now normally I am not one to advocate, or rejoice in, the death of a fellow human being, but in this case I have to say:” “God, what took you so long”? Now right now some of you are sitting back and saying: “Mert that’s really fucked up”, making fun of Michael Jackson when the body isn’t even cold yet…to that I say “FUCK YOU”!
What is really fucked up is diddling a kid…that is really fucked up! And don’t get all indignant on me now, just ask yourself this question: “Would you let your kid sleep over Michael Jackson’s house”? If the answer is anything other than a resounding “HELL NO” than you have some serious fucking issues.
If you recall when Michael was caught in bed with young male children he stated: “It was an error in judgment”. I disagree, an error in judgment is when you forgo stopping at a gas station for one down the highway that you never quite make it to, or when you choose Rock Star Energy drink over Red Bull, but getting caught in a hot tub with Menudo…THAT IS A FELONY!
Now I’m not going to debate anyone on Michael Jackson’s talent or try to diminish any of his accomplishments, suffice it to say I was never a fan and to each their own. I will say this: I liked Michael a lot more when he was actually black. When he started turning white and body parts kept falling off the man I have to say that I was just a bit repulsed much like I would be repulsed by watching a person dip their cracker in a lepers arm or watching someone drink the contents of my spit cup after an hour of dip. As I said I am not going to dismiss his talent or his incredible achievements simply because he was a pedophile (more specifically a pederast), but I’m not going to act like most people and ignore that he was a pederast simply because he won a bunch of Grammys.
I am also not going to ignore all the incredibly FUCKED UP shit Mikey has done over the years simply because he was a so-called celebrity! In fact it just pisses me off to no end when celebrities seem to be above the law just because of their social status. Remember this stunt? Michael actually dangling a infant baby off a balcony in Germany! Any one of us would have been arrested for endangering a child, but not Jacko! Why? Because he is just another moronic celebrity who got treated differently because the skinny little prick could dance. Not only is he dangling the kid off a balcony but he is smothering the poor little guy with a blanket.
But we as people are so willing to forgive douche-bag celebrities for their deplorable behavior because of who they are, when what they really are in fact are assholes. Assholes that you and I would normally kick the living shit out of for doing such asshole shit.
Ask yourself this question: “Why do we immortalize Michael Jackson yet ostracize Gary Glitter? For those of you who don’t know who Gary Glitter is, here is a little history lesson for you. Gary Glitter was the man who wrote the song: “Rock and Roll” otherwise known as the “The Hey Song”. Many sports franchises used to play Gary Glitter’s song at sporting events to get the crowd revved up. Just in case you missed this timeless classic here it is.
And now as the late great Paul Harvey would say: “here is the rest of the story”. In 1999 Glitter was arrested in England for downloading thousands of pieces child pornography on his computer. After his arrest all the sports franchises that used his song including the NFL, NBA and NCAA all banned his song from being played at any sporting event. I guess the old adage “Where there is smoke there is fire” is true because Glitter was arrested in Cambodia for child molestation charges and deported to Viet Nam where he was again arrested for child molestation and is currently serving his sentence. I personally would have deported him for that horrific song!
So why is it that most people closed their eyes to the mushroom cloud of smoke that surrounded Michael? Now I’m not going to sit here and tell you that buying a Michael Jackson album because you like his music is the equivalent to supporting pedophilia but I will say that eulogizing Michael as a saint is in my opinion SICK!
We can sit here and make excuses for his behavior and blame it on his father for abusing him or discuss the fact that he was mentally as well as physically ill for some time now. So what else is new? If you look into any pedophile’s background you will find similar evidence of abuse and mental health issues but we don’t glorify them, we vilify and demonize them. The difference between Michael and any other pedophile is nothing more than celebrity status…period.
The truth of the matter is that celebrities get treated differently from the rest of us. Case in point, Donte Stallworth kills another human being and does a 30 day stint in jail. The rest of us would be gone for a very long time. This mentality we demonstrate time and time again in which we allow certain people, because they are born with a god given talent to play a sport or sing and dance, to defy the laws that are applied to the rest of us in the strictest manner, has got to fucking go. Why not let Joe the plumber off because he is a truly gifted plumber and the world needs them a lot more than they need deteriorating pop stars.
The saying that “No one is above the law” should be modified to read that “No one should be above the law”. The truth of the matter is that some people are above the law. And we as people do not scream out in outrage…well Mert is screaming out at the top of his lungs on this one.
I am sick to my stomach to see how this freak is be eulogized as some sort of saint. To me that is the equivalent of immortalizing Richard Speck as a hero. Once again I just want to point out that I am not calling for everyone to run out and burn their Michael Jackson records and I have no problem with people enjoying Michael’s body of work. What I am saying is that the man, no matter how talented he was, is not a hero and should not be viewed as an American Icon. He should be viewed in the stark reality of what he was…a talented but seriously fucked up criminal.
People seem to somehow confuse talent with character. I’m here to tell you that there are millions of talented scum-bags out there! Recognize the fact that a person can do something great but not be a great person. The truth of the matter is…. Michael truly was a smooth criminal!

Right on point Mert. I can't think of anybody that would have left their kid with him for 5 mins, but now that the douche is gone people are confusing being a good artist with being a good human being. I hope the freak rots in hell.

Okay case in point,shouldn't we be paying homage to "Normal" citizens like Big Ern McCrakin...he is very good at his job, is a great softball player and doesn't diddle kids...why not sing his praises? Yes he molests Dutilly but Dutilly isn't eleven either.
Or how about Chris Moulton, he is a phenomenal builder and is extremely good at his job. He also runs a nice training center. In addition to this he has the uncanny ability to smash furniture with his nut sack. Why not pay tribute to these guys.
