| Many of you probably know that Arnie and Dacia's baby, Emma, passed away monday afternoon. Visitation is thursday 4-7 at Jarocki's Funeral Home and the funeral is friday at 10:00 at Bethany Luthern Church and visitation one hour prior to the services. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them and brother Nolan.

| I can't imagine how you feel and never want to experience that feeling, and I don't have the right words that can make it all go away or even make you feel any better. But know that so many of us care so much for you, and hurt for you and your loss. I hope that knowing that we do care so much, and that you have been in our thoughts and prayers lets you know that we in some way share your pain and in sharing that pain we can somehow lessen it for you.

| At practice we discussed how to show our support to Arnie and Dacia. It was decided that we would send individual cards as you wish with your personal sentiments. Financially, we would like to take up a collection this weekend as a team and present that to Arnie from the team. As you might imagine funerals beyond being emotionally draining are also financially draining. Lets all do what we can to help. Other memorials are also in the works.
