| The scrimmages are great for the new officials,however i have a gripe. I think the officials spend to much time explaining calls during the game and slowing the game down. My suggestion is no player except a captain or coach should get a brief explanation unless they call a timeout. If a team thinks they are getting a bad call and players come on the field they should automatically be charged a timeout and if they dont have any they hould get an unsportsmanlike penalty.
Also, each team should get 1 chalenge per game and if they are wrong they pay 25$, and the only challenges should be a rules challenge and not officials judgement.
