| Hi all. I'm sorry to say Summer has to withdraw from the team. She has been to doctors, mri labs, physical therapy 3 times per week and her knee isn't improving. She is going back to the doc on the 19th. We'll see what the next option is...Sorry. She misses the Ultimate family!!

| i went to a new doctor tuesday (i think) and he told me i have lateral petelis compression syndrom (i just tryed to sound out the word hahaha) and it means that my knee cap is grinding against at least 1 of my other bones so i got a cortazon shot and its feeling better but im also going 2 get a shot in my left knee because the pain in my left knees become the same as how the right was. i hope to be back soon! i realy miss the whole ultimate family
