Every team at some point has a slump. It's not only winning games that makes a team winners, it's how you react and respond to adversity.
If a team puts up a bunch of runs one inning, don't pout, grab a bat and hit the fucking ball. If someone on our team is having a bad game or makes a bad play, play better, be positive, and pick up your teammate. Everyone has a bad game or has a game where their not into it. Never call out a teammate on the field! All that does is get the opponent up and get us down. If someone makes an error, don't mumble under your breath. Be positive, get ready to make a play, nobody is a Major Leaguer and even they make errors.
I have played against Bucks many times and the thing that makes Bucks great is the chip on the shoulder. Know you're going to win every game you play or don't play. Don't think! Get the chip back.
Have fun, everyone is playing this game because it's fun. Don't stress, have a beer if that's what you want to do (30 days Hawk.) Softball is a game at the park. Everyone plays better when having fun and vice versa.
Don't be an individual, if we just got killed and you went 4 for 4, nobody gives a shit. You can always do better in some way to help the team win. Never place blame on individuals on the team, win and lose with class. That includes our dugout. When the lineup is posted, just do your job, don't complain.
Just a thought I wanted to get off my chest. I'm not perfect, I do this shit too. Remember who we are, pick each other up, get it done.
NO EXCUSES, EVER!
