| Get in here and give us your take on a game coming up this week. Heres mine:
Adams (1-1) goes to Farmington (1-1) this week to play at Falcon stadium. Both teams coming in from a win ...Adams beating Stoney Creek 49 - 8 and Farmington defeating Groves 34 - 8. Adams comes in with an ability to move the ball on the ground while Farmington can hurt you thru the air. An experienced Falcon offense may challenge the Adams secondary while the Highlanders ground attack will certainly pound the Falcon defense. While I respect Farmingtons growth and improvement from years past I dont think they can stop a big physical Adams team .... but ya never know until the game is played: Highlanders 38 - Falcons 14

| Scout ...I have just a small bias / lean towards Adams as my kids went there and I try to attend all their games. That being said ... I am not a Adams slappy. I am a ambassador for our OAA conference and all the its teams .I try to be unbiased, pratical and realistic about my comments towards all our teams. I will attempt to see other OAA teams in action if I can particularly in key games or the playoffs.
Now about Rochester and Stoney Creek..
R Falcons go to Groves Falcons field. Both teams looking for their first win. While home field is a plus for Groves it won't be enough...Groves has not played the level of competition that Rochester has. Rochester played a close game with the Red Title contending Troy Colts and followed that with a a game against a good Harrison team. Advantage Rochester Falcons. Rochester Falcons 24 BG Falcons 14
Stoney Creek Cougars heads into Maple Stadium to play Birmingham Seaholm Maples. Here I believe the the Maples will have a slight advantage. The Maples have had 2 tough home games against 2 good teams Country Day and Soutfield. The Cougars are coming off a devastating loss to Adams. I feel the Maples are ready for their 1st victory. BS Maples 21 Stoney Creek 17

| oh ok book i like your predictions. i think rochester does find their first win too, with bradley at the helm, a good quarterback, i think they will prevail. i saw the farmington and groves game last week, there were just a few spurts of a football team that could be good, too many mistakes though. i think thats what the game is gonna come down to, who makes more mistakes. Rochester 27 Groves 12
Stoney and Seaholm I haven't seen either teams play this year yet just heard things from coaches and players and parents that neither team hasn't really shown that they can come out to play. I do think though stoney will find a win too but i wouldnt be surprised if seaholm came out on top either. Stoney 21 Seaholm 14

| As far as Rochester, there D can't stop the pass. I believe Davis has a good game and Groves wins. Creek is a bad team this year. They could go 2 and 7 easy. Adams and Farmington will be closer./

| I also like the Falcons in that one fellas.... and I expect both offenses to light it up. I guess I should say the Birmingham Groves Falcons 37 the Rochester Falcons 32
Couple more teams looking to get that first victory are Rochester Stoney Creek and Birmingham Seaholm. I look for a defensive struggle here, and if it is I expect the Maples in a close one. Seaholm 14 Stoney 13
Farmington Harrison heads to Southfield for a showdown that will have huge implications on the OAA White title. This is my game of the week... Jays 27 Hawks 23
Some may not expect Auburn Hills Avondale at North Farmington to be a good one but I think it will. The Jackets arguably are the favorite in the OAA Blue after 2 games... the Raiders are strong at home and have shown they came to play this season. Avondale 26 North 23
Another one that should be worth the Friday night price of admission and a bag of pop corn or hot dog will be in Bloomfield as Pontiac meets Lahser. The Knights, as expected, are the other favorite in the Blue but if the Phoenix can stay within themselves after pulling off last weeks huge upset over then #7 (Division 4) Bay City John Glenn this will be a game. Lahser 20 Pontiac 14

| Hey OAAscouts
Nice coverage of key games thru out the OAA. Any big games going on in the Red? Lake Orion is still my fav to win that division .....but with Clarkston, Troy, Lathrup, and Adams left to play ... that divison probably won't be decided until the very last game. Last 2 games for the Dragons Adams and Clarkston ....TOUGH!??!

| OAA Red features Troy at Clarkston. Watch out for the Wolves after winning the first 2 on the road it's home sweet home. The Colts haven't seen an offense like this yet. Clarkston 30 Troy 23

| I think your right on Boon with the OAA red finish. LO's got Lathrup, Troy, and Adams all at home. Week 9 Lake Orion at Clarkston should decide the OAA red champ! Would not suprise me at all if Clarkston was 8-0 and Orion 7-1 going into that game. 2 out of the last 3 years, the visiting team has won this game, only to lose the rematch on their home field for the district title !!!

| This year will be hard to call. The teams you think will be there won't and the one's that you think won't will. There is no clear cut team like last year. I believe the league champ in all 3 division's will have 2 loses. Southfield has a strong D, and great running back but no kicking game or passing. Clarkston is missing a strong D even though they are better than last year and they have a strong O, passing and running game. Lathrup size in the trenches, good not great running game. No kicking game. Harrison is hard to judge. Who have they played. Passing looks good but they haven't faced a strong D yet. Southfield will be a good test for them. Things will be a lot more clear come monday on how everyone stacks up.
