| Yankee, Wreath and Tupperware Fundraisers

| This is to update what is going on for fundraising for the rest of this year.
First-I will place ONE late order through Yankee Candle for those of you who have asked. All orders will need to be in by October 29th. This way products will be back before Holidays, hopefully around first of December.
Second-The wreath fundraiser will run through November 19th. I will not take any late orders. This will include orders and money even those going out of town. The order forms for the orders going out of town are at the gym. Delivery will be the first week of December. These are awesome wreaths. We have sold them for 4 years now and never had anyone dissatisfied with their wreaths. I will make a list up with the profit potentials and leave it at the front desk.
Third-I have a Tupperware consultant coming to the gym on Sunday October 18th to show some new products and answer questions. There are 2 ways for you to benefit with this fundraiser. First is selling from the specific fundraiser catalog which you will get 40% of product total. Second will be if you want to host a party of your own. You would get your credit in cash instead of free tupperware as is the usual process. She will be able to schedule your parties this day. If you want to sell from just the catalog and can not come on Sunday I will have some catalogs.
Now this is important!!!! I have said this repeatedly and this last time was crazy with alot not cooperating. You will need to have your customers make their checks out to you and YOU will write ONE check to Ultimate Cheer and Dance. If you have a problem with this you need to talk to myself or Sherry as this comes from HER.

I am taking the Holidays off from fundraising and will resume in January. Thanks to all of you for being so ULTIMATE!!!!

| Dawn, i just wanted to say thank you for all you do to organize these fundraisers to help our athletes. I appreciate the time and effort you put into it as I am sure the rest of the parents do as well.

| Dawn, how much is the profit on the wreaths? And do we use the amounts (prices) that are listed on the sheets that were provided? Also, do we charge tax? Thank you

I just want you to know how much you are appreciated for doing the fundraising. I know first hand that it is a lot of work and you never complain and are always there to answer all of our questions at any time.
Thank you again for your endless hours of volunteering to take care of all of the families at Ultimate and making sure that we have ways to cover some of the costs of Cheer and Dance through fundraising.
You are truly ULTIMATE!!!!
