| Ladies and Gents,
I am offering a QB training program for youth ages 8 and older. Workouts are Sundays from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Capital Sports Complex (formerly Run N Shoot) 6417 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, MD 20747.
As a coach, I have shared my lifelong knowledge with hundreds of young men over the last 15 years. My goal is to prepare those who want to be a quarterback (or football player) and educate those who are considering it. My staff and I will give the best individual instruction and guidance to assist youth in furthering their athletic career.
What you will learn with our training program: 1. Proper QB stance. 2. How to increase rotation on the football which increases accuracy and velocity and makes the pass easier to catch. 3. Throwing passes with more accuracy. 4. Play-action mechanics. 5. Rollout passing and throwing on the run. 6. Learn to drop back almost effortlessly and throw an accurate pass. 7. How to recognize and attack various coverages. 8. Proper ball position. 9. Plyometric/ core workout for QB's.
One cannot have teaching/learning without discipline. Our staff will enforce proper behavior, and punctuality. Our program is designed to give participants a maximum number of drill periods supplemented occasionally by lectures, videos, and film study. Participants will be divided into small groups to increase improvement opportunities and individual instruction for each athlete.
Feel free to give me a call if you would like more information (202) 271-2592. Below is a brief bio of my athletic career that will give you a synopsis of my knowledge of the QB position:
