| Just wanted to let you other moms & dads know that I did not have a good experience with the company from the Silver Spurs comp, so be cautious. I purchased 4 of the pictures digitally and asked if they would be professional quality to print enlargements. I was assured that they would be. Well, I received the photos and 2 of the 4 are blurred. On the machine, they did not appear blurred, but when I received the larger files, you could clearly see they were blurred bad enough that they can't be printed. Very disappointing. It wouldn't be a big deal because the other 2 are great, except that I emailed them about a refund and they refused. Then they proceeded to tell me that they are sure they are quality images and that they can sharpen them for me if I wanted. I am very familiar with cameras and photoshop - these images could not be fixed by "sharpening" them. The blur was due to either 1) camera shake or 2) the lens was not fast enough to capture the action. They are noticably blurred. My opinion is that they should have called me or contacted me in some way to let me know those 2 photos were blurred before sending them to me and charging my card - I paid $50 for 4 pictures, 2 that I can't use! So, I'm very disappointed. I jsut wanted to share that with you all. I won't be buying pictures from them anymore.
