| weve tried and tried over and over again to remake the schedule and not have duplicate games. but it doesnt work...everytime we tried it some teams keep getting duplicate games.
heres my conclusion... yes there are 22 teams which makes it even so therefore it causes no teams to get byes.... however.. since there are 22 teams that makes 11 games per week, which 11 is an odd number... which means that a games would have to be doubled up beacause of our real division schedule.
one of the schedule makers who thinks hes a rocket scientist lol claims hes going to crack the code to make it be no duplicate games but hes been trying for days... i think it just cant work because of the odd number of games and the division schedules. if he figures it out well change it.
for example... in the nba your supposed to play your division 4 times and everyonelse two times... 82 games divided by 2 is 41 games, an odd number... so every season you will see that sometimes teams will play a team 3 times which is not the format but the only way the games fit in.
